CONCRETE PIPE FABRIC

 

Because welded wire fabric is produced to rigid ASTM specifications, it is ideally suited for reinforcement of all sizes and shapes of concrete pipe from both a design and manufacturing stand point.  Davis Wire is able to offer a wide range of wire sizes and patterns to best serve the needs of the concrete pipe industry. Concrete Pipe Fabric can be produced with smooth or deformed wire.

 

“FLEXICAGE”:

 

For more efficient fabrication of concrete pipe cages, Davis Wire produces “Flexicage” expandable wire mesh.  By the use of “Flexicage” the costly step of bell production is greatly reduced. “Flexicage” uses one or more strands of sinusoidal (expandable) wires at one end of the roll of pipe fabric.

 

PACKAGING:

 

Concrete pipe fabric is produced in both rolls

and sheets, and made to order.
